This website has no forms and no accounts. When you book tickets, you do it through our ticketing partner FareHarbor, which collects your name, email address, payment details, and booking details under FareHarbor's privacy policy. If you email or call us, we use what you send only to answer you and handle your booking.
Cookies & Advertising
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept ad cookies. Nothing in this section loads until you press Accept. If you press Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not load.
If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., owner of Facebook and Instagram). Three pixels load together: Aloha Wailea Lūʻau (ID 1683267782770031), Huakaʻi Lūʻau (ID 421705245449328), and Hawaii Luau Company (ID 1583074325181105). Each records the pages you view and taps on our phone number, and sets a Meta cookie. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads for our lūʻau shows to people who visited our sites, on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services. Meta processes this data under the Meta Privacy Policy.
You can change your choice at any time: open cookie choices. You can also manage ad settings in your Meta ad preferences, or clear cookies in your browser settings.

How We Use Information
We use booking information to run your lūʻau evening. If you accept cookies, Meta Pixel data is shared with Meta to measure and show our ads, as described above. We do not sell your information.
Data Retention
FareHarbor keeps booking records under its own policies. Meta keeps Pixel data under its own policies.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information about you. For booking data, contact FareHarbor or us. For anything else, contact us below.
