Behind every performance is a team of veteran entertainment producers and creative directors whose work spans Off-Broadway, Las Vegas, and Hawaiʻi's premier resort lūʻau. Together with our cultural directors, they bring authentic Hawaiian storytelling to the Wailea stage.


Larry Pellegrini — Creative and Artistic Director

Creative / Artistic Director

Larry is the creator and director of Tony n' Tina's Wedding — the longest-running Off-Broadway comedy show — and has created and directed four original interactive productions for Off-Broadway and Las Vegas.

Together with his partner Jeff Gitlin, Larry co-founded Paradise Activity Company, the largest U.S.-based hospitality and activity company for hotels and resorts. A 13-year producer of lūʻau in Hawaiʻi, his extensive portfolio includes corporate entertainment programs for Grand Wailea and Kauai Marriott, writing and directing Leo and Lili's Luau for the Hiccup Circus on the Big Island, and serving as producer for the six-year run of Huakaʻi Luau at Kaʻanapali Beach Club.

Larry also leads creative direction for Paradise Activity Company at Kaʻanapali Beach Club and The Point at Poipu, alongside numerous regional, international, and Off-Broadway interactive productions.

CEO / Marketing & Business Development

With a 25-year career producing shows in Hawaiʻi, Jeff brings deep entertainment and business expertise to the team. In the 1990s, he was a talent agent and manager in Los Angeles — representing some of the world's most recognized celebrities and working in television and film development — and prior to that held a position working for the president of Warner Bros. in New York.

Jeff served as Executive Producer of the acclaimed interactive comedy Tony n' Tina's Wedding from 2001 to 2019, with productions at Hyatt Regency Maui, Las Vegas, and New York, as well as a dedicated run aboard Norwegian Cruise Line's entire Hawaiian fleet.

In June 2011, Jeff co-founded Paradise Activity Company with Larry Pellegrini, overseeing activity departments for numerous resort properties across the U.S. A 13-year producer of lūʻau in Hawaiʻi, he also served as VP of Marketing and Business Operations for Huakaʻi Luau — now in its 13th year at the Hilton Vacation Club Kaʻanapali Beach, Maui — where he led a seven-figure sales operation.

Alongside Melody and Kaniala Masoe and Larry Pellegrini, Jeff co-founded Hawaii Luau Company — Hawaiʻi's premier full-service music, production, and wedding company based in Maui.
